Free Time

The month of February is zipping by very fast and soon it will be Spring Break. In the past few weeks, I've been spending my free time playing Bioshock 2 instead of creating any artwork. I waited like 6 months for that game and am glad to say that it was well worth the wait.

A week or two ago I finally purchased brand new wheels. I was skating the same wheels for over a year and had the most nuts flat spot. I decided to get Bones because everyone was telling me those were the best and they also had these cool michael sieben graphics on them.
This is a picture from the Waihe'e/Lahaina trip me, Kale, and Kaloe took at the beginning of the month.
Getting some footy for Kaloe's digi cam video, "Nah Yup."
Just this morning, an old high school friend of mine sent me a link to this Beatles/Wu-Tang Clan mash up album. I put it on my ipod before school and have been listening to it all day and the verdict is, das hot.

"This is an adventure"

What I thought was gonna be an uneventful Friday, turned out to be an adventure. Kaloe called me up and asked if I wanted to go with him and Kale through Waihe'e, all the way around the mountain to Lahaina. Looking back now, I can't believe I almost passed it up.
First stop was this old trail we once went on long time ago. The view of the ocean between this valley was pretty amazing. Kale and Kaloe recorded the scene as well.
Driving around the winding roads, there was an infinite amount of beautiful scenery like this one.
Along the ride we started noticing homes, ranches, and farms. This one was a carpentry place with super sick wooden sculptures like this everywhere in the yard.
We stopped off the side of the road when we came to a mini mountain. We had to go through a barbed fence to get this close to the cliffs. It was super windy. Kale lookin' like Steve Zissou.
Kaloe and the mini mountain.
Another stop was for this sign. This is probably the best placed mokelife sticker on the island. I hope it's there forever.
Decided to take a dip at this tiny beach, Slaughterhouse. Kaloe was ready with his sandwiches and camera and sexyness.
While we were cruising my 9th grade Spanish teacher randomly dropped by. I was super surprised to see anybody I knew, all the way on the other side of the mountain.

Most Recently

Most recently, I found out that Juxtapoz is releasing another book. The cover is by an artist named Marci Washington, she's soo sick now. I really can't wait to look through this one.
This past weekend we went skating at a bunch of places but ultimately ended up at Baldwin. I broke my gay ass girl board by accident.
Busy working on the digi cam video...
Newest piece I finished last night. Watercolor and ink on a golden envelope. Alex and the Moonbow.
